600 Seconds
AFTERHOURS at 600 Seconds is a brand-new short works program curated and trained by the infamous Ash Baroque. This training ground for performance will put makers through their paces to create and present a 10-minute, experimental anything-and-everything-in -between piece at The Blue Room Theatre.

Screen for Dreams
Produced by The Rechabite in partnership with Perth Cultural Centre institutions, the works are projected from the Birdbath caravan that was craned on top of the CPP carpark lift shaft at the end of 2022. Featuring deep dives into the State Library Archives, new works commissioned by WA artists as well as programs that celebrate the unique histories of WA’s arts and cultural scene, The Blue Room Theatre is excited to contribute the only live telecast works to feature in the program.

Artist in Residence at Spare Parts Puppet Theatre
The program offers artists a two-week residency at Spare Parts Puppet Theatre in Fremantle, providing access to studio space, company resources and support from artistic and technical staff to develop an original puppetry work.
After a highly competitive application process, Spare Parts Puppet Theatre has chosen four groups of talented Western Australian artists whose projects explore fearless and imaginative puppetry works, certain to captivate and stimulate audiences.
